Randi is an adventurer and a community builder. She loves to travel around the world and interact with different people for growth and learning. She graduated from Tuskegee University and got her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia. Randi B. is a bold lady and a truth talker who motivate people to share their truth and be tolerant enough to listen to the truth of other. Twenty-one years ago, she started a company named “Bryant Consulting Group” focusing on change management. Randi has worked with startups and government agencies, elevating their business. She also has worked with Fortune 500 companies to turn them into the working place as they want.
It Was Hard but Not Impossible – Randi B.
Apart from life being the biggest mentor, some other factors also inspired Randi to become an activist. She came from a diverse and multi-cultured family. Her parents were also activists and gave her complete freedom to express herself and voice her thoughts. Going to an all-white school, she felt alienated and bothered. But Randi never had this idea to change herself. Everyone wants to stand out, enjoy a good job, and make money. Randi struggled in her line of work because telling employers the truth can occasionally collide with those desires. Talking about intricate topics like women not being paid fairly or people of a different religion not having their holidays off. Letting the companies know they have a diverse city problem or an inclusion problem was the problem she faced. Randi found it colliding to be the person she needed to be to make a significant difference and the person she believed her employer wanted her to be.
Randi B. Stands Out Through Her Expressiveness
Randi B. is all about spreading the word about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She wants to experience a world where DEI would not sound intimidating to others. Randi. B created an environment where everyone feels significant and safe while expressing themselves. She is the writer of the book “Neversays” which provides practical solutions for people to create inclusive environments instead of rhetoric. She has done a great job of making the discussions about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in her speeches, podcasts, and on TV. Randi believes that grown-ups don’t learn with theoretical scenarios. They want to connect to things that are really productive for them. That’s exactly why Randi provides practical skills. She talks about actual job descriptions and real scenarios they face every day. She shares her mistakes to educate others and tries to make learning interactive.
